When setting up your new Flat Panel Antenna, it's important to have the right tools and components at hand to ensure a smooth installation. Here’s a quick guide to what you’ll need and what’s included in your kit:

Tools Required:

  • Screwdrivers and wrenches

  • Drill with a screwdriver bit for easier installation.

  • Depending on your mounting surface, additional wood or masonry screws may be necessary.

Kit Contents:

Our Flat Panel Antenna kit arrives with everything you need to get started:

  • 1 Poynting Flat Panel Antenna

  • 1 12-inch mounting pole

  • 2 U-Bolts

  • 1 Z-Bracket

  • 1 Proprietary mounting bracket

  • 2 30-foot LMR-195 cables

  • 2 SMA-to-N-Type Pigtail connectors

  • 1 tower map to assist with antenna aiming.

Installation Overview:

The antenna features a 90º spread, allowing connection flexibility up to 45º to either side of your target tower, although direct alignment ensures optimal speeds. Typically mounted on a pole with U-Bolts, the kit also supports various other surface installations.

Connectivity is straightforward: the larger silver connectors on the cables attach to the antenna, and the smaller gold connectors link to the antenna ports on your router, replacing the smaller default antennas.

For detailed mounting instructions, please refer to the included manufacturer's guide: NAO-XPOL-2-5G Installation Kit Instructions.

For those interested in the technical details, you can find them in our document: Technical-Specification-A-XPOL-0002-V3-US.
