What’s next?

Your order has been placed successfully. It is now being processed and will be shipped out to you soon.

About the order process:

  • We will not charge you until the day the device ships out.

  • The charged amount is based on expected parcel delivery date for the service, and applicable fees (See sign-up page)

  • When charged, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.

  • Soon after, you should see an email with an invoice breakdown detailing the items and charges (Similar to the sign-up page)

  • You will also receive one final email with a tracking number so that you can use to keep tabs on the shipping process of your order.

About the shipping process:

  • Your order will ship out as “UPS 2nd Day Air” and should arrive within two business days after it is shipped.

  • If the address provided does not allow for UPS delivery or the customer chooses USPS, then we will not be able to provide a firm date of delivery. For normal USPS delivery, we ship using the USPS two-day option.

  • Once the package is in the parcels’ hands, you will need to get with the parcel service for further information (i.e. delivery date and time). You can use the tracking number to check its status.

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control such as weather and high shipment volume. If delayed, contact the parcel carrier for more information.
